Efficiency Analysis of Science and Technology Innovation Based on the Integration Model of the Industrial Chain,Innovation Chain,Capital Chain,and Service Chain:A Case Study of Shenzhen,Hangzhou,and Suzhou
Based on the connotation and theoretical basis of the industrial chain,innovation chain,capital chain,and service chain,a integration model is constructed.Shenzhen,Hangzhou and Suzhou,where the traditional scientific research foundation is weak but the efficiency of scientific and technological innovation is outstanding,are selected for case analysis.Results show that these three places have different focuses on the science and technology innovation mode based on the integration of the industrial chain,innovation chain,capital chain and service chain.Shenzhen highlights the core role of the industrial chain,Hangzhou emphasizes the empowering effect of the innovation chain,and Suzhou attaches importance to the building of four chains collaborative ecological soft power.At the same time,the three places have some common characteristics in the leading enterprises'main body position of innovation,science and technology innovation service awareness and ability,and the overall efficiency of the regional science and technology innovation system.
