摘要
科技创新领军人才是推动原始创新、技术突破和颠覆性创新的核心力量.本文从科技创新领军人才成长的阶段性视角,梳理科技创新领军人才各阶段发展的典型特征,从基础教育阶段、高等教育阶段、评前工作阶段以及评后工作阶段总结成长规律,从基础教育水平、教育背景多元化、丰富的工作经历与科研经验以及用好用活科技创新领军人才方面提出具体建议.
Abstract
Leading talents in technological innovation are the core force driving original innovation,technological breakthroughs,and disruptive innovation.This article takes a phased perspective on the growth of leading talents in technological innovation,sorts out the typical characteristics of the development of leading talents in technological innovation at each stage,summarizes the growth laws from the primary education stage,higher education stage,pre-evaluation work stage,and post evaluation work stage,and puts forward specific suggestions from the aspects of economic development level,educational equity,educational diversification,rich work experience,and scientific research experience,and making good use of leading talents in technological innovation.
