摘要

高技能人才是国家战略人才的重要组成部分,是支撑中国制造、中国创造的重要力量,对推动高质量发展具有重要意义.本文从高技能人才队伍建设支撑我国高质量发展视角,对目前我国高技能人才发展现状、面临的问题和挑战进行梳理与总结,从加强顶层设计、发布国家技能优先清单、推动人才链产业链创新链融合发展、搭建多元人才培养体系、完善技能导向的使用激励政策方面提出推动高技能人才队伍建设的意见建议.

Abstract

High skilled talents are an essential part of national strategic talents and a vital force supporting for China's industrial development,they play a significant role in driving high-quality development.This article examines the current state of high skilled talents development in China and summarizes the challenges and issues faced.It proposes suggestions for advancing the construction of high skilled talents teams from various aspects,including strengthening top-level design,issuing a national priority skills list,promoting the integrated development of talent,industrial,and innovation chains,establishing a diverse talent cultivation system,and improving skill-oriented employment and incentive policies.
