The Digital Talent Strategy of the UK and Its Inspirations for Beijing
With the development of a new technological revolution and industrial revolution,developed countries have regarded the development of the digital economy as an important driving force for achieving innovative development.To promote the development of the digital economy,Beijing has introduced a series of policies to achieve the strategic goal of becoming a global benchmark city for the digital economy by 2035,but it faces many challenges and difficulties in key technology research and innovation subject cultivation,especially in the supply of talent resources.During the construction process of Digital Capital in the UK,a series of policies were introduced to construct a digital talent strategy system,and its practices and experiences are worth learning from for Beijing.This article believes that Beijing can learn from the digital talent strategy of the UK,actively lay the talent chain around the needs of the digital economy industry chain,establish a full chain talent strategy of attracting,nurturing,and utilizing the digital talent,and lead the construction of Beijing's digital benchmark city with the digital talent strategy.
