摘要
澳大利亚作为创新型国家,积极利用全球创新资源推动本国科技发展.人才是支撑科技发展的第一资源,尤其是高端科技人才对经济和科技发展至关重要.澳大利亚高度重视高端科技人才,通过采取项目资助、定向培养、职业教育与培训体系改革等各项措施,强化人才自主培养和储备,并依托自身在劳动力素质、科研环境和教育培训等方面的独特优势,精心设计移民和签证政策吸引国外人才,取得了一定成效,可为我国提供借鉴.
Abstract
As an innovative country,Australia actively utilizes global innovation resources to promote its innovation development.Talent is the first resource to support innovation and development,especially high-end scientific and technological talents are crucial to economic and technological development.Australia attaches great importance to high-end scientific and technological talents.Through various measures such as project funding,targeted training,and reform of the vocational education and training system,Australia has strengthened the independent cultivation and reserve of talents.Based on its unique advantages in the quality of labor force,scientific research environment,education and training,Australia has elaborately designed immigration and visa policies to attract foreign talents and has achieved positive results.It provides a reference for China's relevant policies.
