摘要
国家科技奖励对于引导科技发展方向、激发人才活力、推动实现高水平科技自立自强具有重要意义.通过对我国2006-2020年国家科技奖励高等级项目及其主要完成人的实证分析,发现国家科技奖励通过"集聚+激励+磁吸"的三重叠加效应,对国家科技人才队伍的建设方向、能力提升及可持续发展产生了极大的助推作用,并提出了进一步优化的方向.
Abstract
National science and technology awards play a crucial role in guiding the direction of scientific and technological development,stimulating the vitality of talented individuals,and promoting the realization of high-level self-reliance and self-improvement in science and technology.Through empirical analysis of China's national science and technology awards for high-level projects and their key contributors from 2006 to 2020,it is found that these awards,through the triple-pronged effect of"aggregation+incentivization+magnet",have significantly contributed to the directional guidance,capacity building,and sustainable development of the national scientific and technological talent pool.Based on these findings,this study proposes directions for further optimization of the national science and technology award system.
