Tracking and Analysis of the Recent Trend of Local Talent Work in China
At present is the layout and launch period of the strategy in the new era.This paper tracks and summarizes the progress of local talent work in China since 2023.Around the implementation of the new era of talent strategy,high level self-reliance self-improvement and high quality development,actively implement the central spirit,combining the reality of their own development,adhere to talent lead,talent drive,in promoting talent highland innovation center layout,pay attention to the strategic talent team echelon construction,deepening the reform of talent title system,promote scientific research management system reform,implement more open talent policy aspects,ready.On this basis,this paper analyzes that the recent local talent work in China mainly presents the trend of vigorously cultivating new quality productivity to promote high-quality development,actively implementing the construction of local talent highland innovation center,continuously forging high-level innovative strategic talents,and constantly promoting the reform of the system and mechanism of talent development.On the new journey,local governments have been opening up new fields and new tracks for talent work,exploring innovative regional and differentiated development paths,and continuing to release the dividends of local talent development.
