Israel's Experience in Building a Platform for Scientific and Technological Personnel to Serve Corporate Innovation and Its Implications for China
In order to understand the typical experience and practice of foreign scientific and technological personnel serving enterprise innovation,this paper adopts the methods of literature research and field research to systematically explain the model and experience of Israel in building a platform for scientific and technological personnel serving enterprise innovation,including government innovation service agency platform,non-governmental innovation service agency platform,professional science and technology organization platform in various fields,and overseas innovation service agency platform.Inspired by this,three suggestions are put forward for our country's scientific and technological personnel serving enterprise innovation:first,to include scientific and technological personnel serving enterprise innovation in the framework of the national science and technology innovation incentive policy;second,to regard individual scientific and technological personnel as a beneficial supplement to the main body of scientific and technological innovation activities;and third,to build a comprehensive and international platform with scientific and technological personnel serving enterprise innovation as the main form.
