2024年6月29日,《科技人才评价规范》(GB/T 44143—2024)正式颁布.该规范主要内容包括科技人才的分类和评价原则,规定了评价指标、评价流程和结果应用等方面的规范,适用于发现、培养、引进、使用、选拔、表彰、激励各类科技人才时开展的评价活动.科技人才评价指标是科技人才评价规范的重要组成部分,而科技人才评价规范是科技人才评价体系的重要组成部分.本规范的颁布有利于推动建立新时代科技人才评价体系.
Abstract
On June 29,2024,the Specification for Evaluation of science and technology Talent(GB/T 44143-2024) was officially promulgated. The main contents of this specification include the classification and evaluation principles of science and technology talents,and stipulate evaluation indicators,evaluation process and application of results.The specification is applicable to the evaluation activities carried out when discovering,training,recommending,using,motivating science and technology talents. The evaluation indicator of science and technology talents is an important component of the specification of evaluation of science and technology talents,and the specification of evaluation of science and technology talents is an important component of the evaluation system of science and technology talents. The promulgation of this Specification is conducive to promoting the establishment of the evaluation system.
