Constructing a scientific and reasonable evaluation index system for talent work is an important measure to promote the high-quality development of talent work,and it is also an important starting point for strengthening and improving talent work in the new era. Based on the implementation of high-quality development strategies,talent power strategies,and high-quality development of meteorology by the Party and the state,this paper analyzes and defines the connotation of high-quality development of meteorological talents on the basis of systematically sorting out relevant research results. It decomposes specific indicators using the key index method,in conjunction with survey research,uses the Delphi method to determine the weight coefficients of each evaluation index,thereby constructing an evaluation index system for the high-quality development of meteorological talents. The suggestions on how to promote the high-quality development of meteorological talents were given at the end of this thesis through the practical implementation of the guidelines.
