我国汽车产业研发人才培养的问题与对策研究

本文聚焦现代汽车产业体系建设中研发人才培养的核心议题,深入剖析了我国汽车工程教育面临的多重挑战,包括培养模式偏重理论、课程设置与产业脱节、学科间孤立等问题,以及研发人才再教育与培训过程中的资金短缺、政府参与度不足、权利保障不够等困境.针对这些问题,本文提出了对策:深化产教联合、学科融合的研发后备人才培养模式,构建支持汽车研发人才再教育的人才培养生态.
Research on the Issues and Countermeasures of R&D Talent Development in China's Automotive Industry
Focusing on the cultivation of R&D talent within China's modern automotive industry system,the analysis highlights several key challenges in automotive engineering education,including an overemphasis on theoretical training,poorly structured curricula,and isolated disciplines. Additionally,significant issues related to the re-education and training of R&D talent,such as insufficient funding,limited government involvement,and difficulties in ensuring the protection of rights,are addressed. To resolve these challenges,several countermeasures are proposed deepening the integration of industry and education,as well as interdisciplinary collaboration in the cultivation of R&D talent reserves,and building a talent development ecosystem that supports the re-education of automotive R&D talent.
