Lymph cyst is a rare disease of the lymphatic system,and iatrogenic trauma caused by neck surgery is the main cause,while spontaneous lymph cyst is even rarer.This article reported the clinical manifestations and necessary ex-aminations of a case of spontaneous cervical lymph cyst,and discussed the etiology,treatment and prognosis of lymph cyst based on literature review.
