Renal clear cell carcinoma(RCCC)is a common kidney tumor with high aggressiveness and metastatic poten-tial,distant metastasis is common in the lung,bone and liver,but metastasis to the head and neck is extremely rare,tongue metastasis is even rarer,which may be related to the tumor microenvironment.In this paper,a 62-year-old male patient with RCCC with tongue mass as the first symptom of metastasis was reported,and the relevant literatures were re-viewed.
