摘要
药物在体内发挥作用依赖于其药动学(PK)和药效学(PD)过程.在新药的开发过程中,深入了解这两个过程的关系可以加快新药上市的步伐.抗菌药物PK/PD关系研究涉及体内药物与病原菌之间的关系,是目前进行得比较深入的研究,该研究可在给药方案优化方面发挥重要的作用.
Abstract
The drug action depends on its pharmacokinetic(PK) and pharmacodynamic(PD) process.In the development of new drugs,deeply understanding the relationship between PK and PD can help accelerating the steps of marketing authorization.The PK/PD relationship of antimicrobial agents,which involves the interaction between drug in the tissue and the pathogens within it,is investigated thoroughly in recent years.It could be used in the optimizing dose regimen of antimicrobial agents.
