摘要
随着耐药性肺炎克雷伯菌的增多,噬菌体的潜力逐步被发掘.裂解酶在噬菌体裂解宿主菌时起到了重要作用,作为外源纯化蛋白使用时,防控效果更为显著.现有研究中,针对革兰阳性菌噬菌体裂解酶的表达更多,因其不具有革兰阴性菌细胞壁外层的肽聚糖层,而对肺炎克雷伯菌、鲍曼不动杆菌、大肠埃希菌等革兰阴性菌的噬菌体裂解酶研究仍较为罕见.但已有研究表明,多种策略可以克服其肽聚糖层带来的阻碍.本文主要综述了近年来用于防控肺炎克雷伯菌的噬菌体裂解酶及其作用机制和防控优势,旨对其后续研究提供思路.
Abstract
With the increase in drug-resistant Klebsiella pneumoniae,the potential of bacteriophages has been gradually explored.Endolysin plays an important role in the lysis of host bacteria by bacteriophages,and the prevention and control effect is more significant when used as exogenous purified proteins.In the existing studies,the expression of phage endolysin for Gram-positive bacteria is higher,because it does not have the peptidoglycan layer of the outer layer of the cell wall of Gram-negative bacteria,and phage endolysin research on Gram-negative bacteria such as Klebsiella pneumoniae,Acinetobacter baumannii and Escherichia coli is still rare.However,studies have shown that multiple strategies can overcome the obstacles posed by its peptidoglycan layer.This article mainly reviews the bacteriophage endolysin used for the prevention and control of Klebsiella pneumoniae in recent years,their mechanism of action and prevention and control advantages in order to provide ideas for their follow-up research strategies.
