目的 考察现行法定质量标准的科学性,结合探索性研究,评价注射用头孢曲松钠的质量现状,为生产、监管提供参考.方法 采用现行法定质量标准检验方法对250批次样品进行法定检验;探索性研究中利用新建或完善的金属元素、溶剂残留、钠含量、有关物质、亚晶型、结晶水含量等多种检测方法对样品进行质量考察.结果 法定检验结果显示,合格率100%;探索性研究结果显示,样品虽均不同程度检出金属元素杂质和溶剂残留,但均在安全范围;但未通过一致性评价的产品有关物质较原研地产化产品仍存在差距,其成盐率偏低的问题仍未明显改善.结论 目前通过一致性评价的产品综合质量"较好",而未进行一致性评价的产品质量为"一般".建议相关政府部门鼓励企业积极参与药品一致性评价工作,进一步改善我国仿制药的整体产品质量.
Quality analysis of ceftriaxone sodium for injection
Objective The scientific nature of the existing legal specifications was investigated,and the quality status of ceftriaxone sodium for injection was evaluated combining with exploratory research,so as to provide reference for its production and the supervision.Methods A total of 250 batches of samples were examined in accordance with the current regulatory criteria.In the exploratory study,the quality of the samples was investigated using new or improved detection methods such as metal elements,residue solvents,sodium content,related substances,sub-crystalline forms and hydrate water content.Results The test results showed that the qualified rate of ceftriaxone sodium for injection is 100%.The exploratory study showed that although metal element impurities and residue solvents were detected in different degrees in the products,they were all in the safe range.Nevertheless,there was a gap between the related components of items that had not undergone the consistency assessment and the original ones manufactured in China,and the problem of low salt formation rate has not been significantly improved.Conclusions The comprehensive quality of ceftriaxone sodium for injection that have passed the consistency evaluation was"good",while the quality of the products without the consistency evaluation was"general".Thus,manufacturers in China should actively participate in drug consistency evaluations to further improve the product's quality.
