尽管抗生素在早期取得了成功,但由于耐药细菌的出现和传播,目前对于细菌感染的治疗仍然是全球最严峻的健康挑战之一.改进现有的抗生素药物传递系统是当下克服该问题的最有前途的研究策略之一.近年来,脂质体载药系统因其独特的性质而得到广泛应用,可以有效提高炎症部位抗生素的局部浓度,改善药物生物学分布和药代动力学特性,抑制细菌诱导耐药性的产生,并有利于减小全身给药剂量,降低药物毒副作用.本文对脂质体作为抗生素载体的研究进展进行了综述,并简要介绍了脂质体作为抗生素载体的优缺点,以期为抗生素脂质体的研究和发展提供参考.
Research progress of antibiotic liposome
Antibiotics are a key tool for preventing and treating bacterial infections,and despite their early success,the treatment of bacterial infections remains one of the world's greatest health challenges due to the emergence and spread of drug-resistant bacteria.Improving the existing antibiotic drug delivery system is one of the most promising research strategies to overcome this problem.In recent years,liposome drug delivery systems have been widely used due to their unique properties,which can effectively increase the local concentration of antibiotics at the site of inflammation,improve the biological distribution and pharmacokinetics of drugs,inhibit the generation of bacterial-induced drug resistance,and help to reduce the systemic dose of drugs and reduce toxic side effects of drugs.In this paper,the research progress of liposomes as antibiotic carriers was reviewed,and the advantages and disadvantages of liposomes as antibiotic carriers were briefly introduced in order to provide references for the research and development of antibiotic liposomes.
