用于病毒性疾病治疗的中药注射液临床应用现状

病毒性疾病一直对人类健康存在一定的威胁,中药注射剂在急性病毒感染的治疗中能快速缓解病情,在临床中发挥了至关重要的作用,其疗效虽迅速,但有效性、安全性等方面仍存在争议,2023年召开的我国国家中药科学监管大会建议推动开展中药注射剂上市后研究、评价,以明确其不良反应发生率,为安全性评价提供科学佐证,有助于全面认识中药注射剂的临床价值.本文对常用治疗病毒性疾病的中药注射剂处方与成分、有效性、安全性及作用机制进行综述,以期为中药注射剂对病毒性疾病的临床治疗以及中药注射剂上市后再评价的未来方向提供参考,全面认识抗病毒中药注射液的临床价值.
The clinical application status of traditional Chinese medicine injection for the treatment of viral diseases
Viral diseases have always posed a certain threat to human health.Traditional Chinese medicine injections can quickly alleviate the condition in the treatment of acute viral infections and play a vital role in clinical practice.Although their efficacy is rapid,their effectiveness and safety are still controversial.The National Conference on the Supervision of Traditional Chinese Medicine held in 2023 suggested that post-marketing research and evaluation of traditional Chinese medicine injections should be promoted to clarify the incidence of adverse reactions,provide scientific evidence for safety evaluation,and help to fully understand the clinical value of traditional Chinese medicine injections.In this paper,the prescription,composition,efficacy,safety and mechanism of action of traditional Chinese medicine injections commonly used in the treatment of viral diseases were reviewed in order to provide reference for the clinical treatment of viral diseases by traditional Chinese medicine injections,and the future direction of post-marketing reevaluation of traditional Chinese medicine injections,and to fully understand the clinical value of antiviral traditional Chinese medicine injections.
