2型糖尿病(diabetes mellitus type 2,T2DM)作为一种慢性疾病,起病隐匿,三多一少是常见症状,目前发病机制尚不明确.若血糖控制欠佳,5～10年会诱发一系列其他疾病如语言障碍、血管病变、中风瘫痪等,严重损害患者健康,威胁生命.目前,通过调节肠道菌群对该病进行治疗干预成为最新研究方向.中药作为我国传统用药,能有效降低血糖,缓解T2DM所带来的心绞痛等并发症.已有研究表明中药、中药复方及活性成分能通过影响肠道菌群菌种类、数量、相对丰富度、代谢途径等调节糖尿病炎症或刺激胰岛细胞,以达到治疗或舒缓T2DM症状的目的.本文通过查阅文献对中药影响肠道菌群治疗、干预T2DM的相关研究进行综述,并提出在肠道菌群研究方面的一些不足之处,期望能为中药更全面地发挥其治疗作用提供参考.
Research progress of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of type 2 diabetes by affecting intestinal flora
Diabetes mellitus type 2(T2DM)is a chronic disease of insidious onset.Polydipsia,polyhagia,polyuria and weight loss(three more,one less)are common symptoms,and the pathogenesis is still unclear.If the blood glucose control is not good enough,there will be a series of other diseases,such as language disorders,vascular lesions,stroke paralysis,etc,in the next five to ten years,which may seriously damage the health of patients and threaten life.At present,the treatment of the disease by regulating the intestinal flora has become the latest research direction.Chinese medicine as traditional medicine in our country,it can effectively reduce blood glucose and relieve angina pectoris and other complications caused by T2DM.Studies have shown that traditional Chinese medicine,traditional Chinese medicine compound,and active ingredients can regulate diabetes inflammation or stimulate islet cells by affecting the genus,quantity,relative abundance and metabolic pathway of the intestinal flora,which can achieve the purpose of treating or relieving the symptoms of T2DM.On the basis of the relative research,this paper summarized traditional Chinese medicine on intestinal flora treatment and intervention in T2MD and put forward some shortcomings in the study of intestinal flora,hoping to make traditional Chinese medicine play a more comprehensive role in its treatment.
