Quantitative evaluation of antimicrobial management policy texts in medical institutions
Objective This study summarized the advantages and disadvantages of antimicrobial management policy in our country and provided references for making and perfecting the follow-up policy.Methods By using the quantitative research method of policy text,the structural and content elements of the special policy of antimicrobial treatment in medical institutions issued by the central level of our country from 2003 to 2022 were analyzed.Based on this,the evaluation system based on the PMC index model was constructed to carry out policy evaluation research.Results All kinds of policy tools were involved in the management policy of antibacterial drugs in our country,but the environmental type was the main one.In the past five years,the average PMC index of 9 policy documents was 6.11,which was an excellent level.Conclusion Our country initially established the management system of antibacterial drugs in medical institutions,and the various systems have been improved continuously.However,there were still some problems,such as the unbalanced development of policy structures and limited cross-sectoral exchanges and cooperation.
