摘要
中药作为我国传统医学的重要组成部分,具有悠久的历史和广泛的应用.随着人们对中药疗效和安全性的关注不断增加,为实现中药的毒理风险可评估性,提高中药的安全性,刘昌孝院士等于2007年提出网络毒理学(network toxicology)的概念,是通过网络数据分析提高中药毒性预测效率的重要方法,网络毒理学作为一种有效的研究手段开始在中药领域得到广泛应用.本文介绍了网络毒理学的概念及研究方法,综述了近年间网络毒理学在预测中药潜在毒性成分上的应用,探讨了网络毒理学的现存问题及挑战,旨在为网络毒理学的进一步深入研究提供参考.
Abstract
As an important part of Chinese traditional medicine,traditional Chinese medicine has a long history and wide application.As people paid more attention to the curative effect and safety of Chinese medicine,to realize the toxicology of risk assessment and improve the safety of traditional Chinese medicine,Liu Changxiao academician et al.'s in 2007 proposed network toxicology(network toxicology)method,which was an important method for utilizing network data analysis and improving the efficiency of traditional Chinese medicine toxicity prediction.Network toxicology as an effective research method began to be widely used in the field of traditional Chinese medicine.This paper introduced the concept and research methods of network toxicology,listed the application of network toxicology in predicting the potential toxic components of Chinese medicine in recent years,discussed the existing problems and challenges of network toxicology,and aimed to provide a reference for the application of network toxicology in the prediction of TCM-related components.
