Development of organic optoelectronic devices towards visual per-ception
Visual perception is one of the most crucial ways in which humans interact with the natural world, providing over 80%of external environmental information to the human body.Based on this, visual bionics has emerged as a cutting-edge direction in the research of intelligent sensing materials and devices.Over the past three decades, the development of photoelectric sensing and perception devices based on organic semiconductors has undergone multiple generations, innovating high sensitivity and selectivity sensing detection of optical stimuli(intensity,color,etc.).It has expanded into recognizing, learning, and processing complex bio-inspired visual signals, establishing itself as an emerging interdisciplinary field. This review focuses on unit photosensitive organic optoelectronic devices and multifunctional integration, introducing the construction strategies and research progress of organic photodetectors, organic optoelectronic synapses, and organic adaptive devices for designed for visual perception.Furthermore, this review outlines the exploration of the biomimetic applications of the new generation of organic intelligent sensing electronic devices, emphasizing flexible matrixing and functional integration for visual signal imaging, learning, and encoding.
