基于二苯基蒽三重态湮灭剂的COF材料制备与上转换发光研究

湮灭剂作为三重态湮灭(TTA)上转换发光的重要组成部分,其结构和堆积有序度对上转换发光发挥着重要的影响.本文基于常见三重态湮灭剂——二苯基蒽(DPA)构筑了三种共价有机框架(COF)材料并使用X射线光电子能谱(XPS)、粉末X射线衍射(PXRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)等表征手段对材料形貌进行了详细表征,发现随着体系中所使用醋酸浓度的提高,COF材料的堆积有序度逐渐提高.将其应用于固相三重态湮灭剂,发现随着材料有序度的提升,上转换体系的TTA效率由3%提高至69%,提高了23倍.尽管由于材料紧密度的增加导致了三重态能量传递(TTET)效率的降低,但由于TTA效率的提高,使得整体上转换发光效率提高了3倍.本文的结果为设计固相三重态湮灭剂提供了重要参考.
Preparation and upconversion luminescence of COF materials based on diphenylanthracene triplet annihilator
As an important component of triplet-triplet annihilation upconversion(TTA-UC),the structure and packing order of the annihilator played important roles in UC emissions.In this paper,three covalent organic frameworks(COFs)based on diphenylanthracene(DPA),a common triplet annihilator,were synthesized and characterized by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS),powder X-ray diffraction(PXRD),and scanning electron microscopy(SEM).The packing order of COF materials was gradually improved with the increase in the concentration of acetic acid used in the system.It was found that the TTA efficiency of the upconversion system increased from 3%to 69%with the improvement of the order of the material,which is a 23-fold increase.Despite the increase of material compactness leading to the decrease in triplet energy transfer(TTET)efficiency,the overall UC efficiency was increased by 3 times due to the improvement of TTA efficiency.The results in this paper provide an important enlightenment for the design of a triplet annihilator for UC in the solid state.
