Research progress in circularly polarized luminescence properties of rare earth complexes
Circularly polarized luminescence(CPL)reflects the excited state structure information of chiral luminescent systems and has shown a wide range of applications such as in the fields of 3D display,chiral recognition,information storage,optoelectronic devices and biological probes.In recent years,CPL materials have attracted more and more attention and become a new research focus in the field of luminescent materials.This review introduces the structural design strategies to improve the luminescence asymmetry factor and luminescence quantum efficiency from the perspective of ligands and complexes,and systematically summarizes the research progress of CPL properties of chiral rare-earth luminescent complexes.This review provides readers with some structural design strategies to construct chiral lanthanide complexes with better performance and more stable structures,promoting the development of circularly polarized luminescent materials.
