摘要

微流控设备中液滴的定向移动和精准调控是液滴跨越液-液界面实现相间转移的基础和关键,已逐渐成为微流控技术中重要的独立单元操作之一,在胶囊制备、药物输送、颗粒筛分等领域具有广阔的应用前景.与传统的宏观方法相比,采用微流控方法操纵液滴的相间转移可以避免产物分离和清洗的额外步骤,可以集成到微流控系统中实现过程的连续化.本文综述了微流控设备中液滴跨界面迁移的方法和应用的研究进展,并对未来的研究方向进行了展望.

Abstract

The directional transfer and accurate control of droplets in microfluidic devices is the basis and key for droplets to achieve interphase transfer across the liquid-liquid interface,which has gradually become one of the independent unit operations in microfluidic technology,showing broad application prospects in many fields such as capsule preparation,drug delivery,particle sorting.Compared with the traditional macroscopic method,the manipulation of droplet transfer between different phases could avoid the additional product separation and cleaning steps.Moreover,microfluidic devices could be integrated into a microfluidic system to realize the continuous operation.In this paper,the research progress of the methods and application of droplet cross-interface transfer in microfluidic devices are reviewed.The prospects for future research direction in the field are also given.
