运河是区域发展的重要水运通道,不仅是物资运输流通的走廊,也是区域社会、经济和环境可持续发展的核心纽带。运河的建设和运行直接关联着沿线地区发展,平陆运河是西部陆海新通道的重要工程,其社会和经济效益潜力巨大,而环境要素是区域可持续发展的关键。为开展运河流域环境评估,满足区域时空变化监测需求,本研究以平陆运河区流域和行政区划为研究范围,结合公开发布的社会、经济和环境等多要素数据,采用标准格网,构建公里级多维、时空一致的运河数字环境数据集。本数据集包括水文气象、生态环境、大气环境和社会经济四大类参数,总计涵盖26套参数数据,其中包括流域的19套参数数据和乡镇区划的7套参数数据。数据集的参数数据均为公开可获取,经过严格的数据质量评估。基于这26套参数数据,对其中的14套长时序参数数据进行时空变化特征分析,计算得到每个参数每年的平均变化量,并提供了研究区域的5个数据文件。本数据集可支撑平陆运河区域数据可视化、运河综合环境评估以及数字孪生应用等,为未来运河管理和可持续发展研究提供数据基础。
A dataset of spatio-temporal variations in the Pinglu Canal region from 2000 to 2023
The canal is a crucial water transportation channel for regional development,serving not only as a corridor for the circulation of goods but also as a vital link fostering the sustainable development of regional society,economy,and environment.The construction and operation of the canal are directly related to the development of the areas along its route.As one of the significant projects in the Western Land-Sea New Channel,the Pinglu Canal boasts enormous potential for social and economic benefits.Environmental factors are integral to ensuring the sustainability of regional development along the route.To conduct an environmental assessment of the canal basin and meet the requirements for monitoring regional spatio-temporal characteristic changes,we define the basin and administrative divisions of the Pinglu Canal region as the scope of the study area in the paper.By integrating currently available data on various factors including social,economic,and environmental aspects,we employed a standardized grid methodology to obtain a kilometer-level multidimensional,spatiotemporally consistent digital environmental dataset for the canal.The environmental dataset comprises four major categories of parameters:hydro-meteorological,ecological environment,atmospheric quality,and socio-economic.In total,it encompasses 26 sets of parameters,with 19 sets related to the watershed and 7 sets associated with township delineations.All parameters in the dataset are publicly accessible and have undergone rigorous data quality assessments.Leveraging these 26 sets of parameters,we conducted spatiotemporal characteristic analysis on 14 sets of long-time series parameters.We calculated the average annual variation of each parameter,and made 5 data files for the research area.This dataset can facilitate regional data visualization,comprehensive environmental assessments of the canal region,digital twinning of the applications,and provide a data foundation for future research on canal management and sustainable development research in the region.
