随着人类活动的不断扩张和发展,许多物种的栖息地面临着严重的破坏和威胁,生态安全问题日益突出。因此,构建一个考虑物种栖息地的生态安全格局对于保护生物多样性和维持生态平衡至关重要。鄱阳湖作为野生动物的天堂,是许多鸟类、鱼类和其他水生生物物种的栖息地和繁殖地。以鄱阳湖环湖区研究范围为例,基于Google Earth Engine平台与随机森林分类方法制作了 2000年、2010、2020年鄱阳湖环湖区的土地利用数据。根据形态空间格局分析、景观格局指数、景观连通性指数和电路理论等与长时间序列土地利用数据相结合,构建考虑物种(鱼类、鸟类等)栖息地2000-2020年鄱阳湖环湖区长时间序列生态安全格局。本数据集包含了多种数据类型,并且其中一些数据具有创新性。在数据质量控制和评估方面,对所使用的数据进行了严格的质量控制和评估,以确保数据的准确性和可信度。数据集不仅包含了考虑物种栖息地构建生态安全格局的指标数据,还包括考虑物种栖息地鄱阳湖环湖区生态安全格局历史结果数据,可作为基础科学数据为今后鄱阳湖环湖区物种保护与生态安全格局等相关研究提供重要的数据支持与参考。
A dataset of the ecological security patterns in the peripheral region of Poyang Lake from 2000 to 2020
With the continuous expansion of human activities,the habitats of many species are confronted with serious destruction and threats,leading to increasingly prominent ecological security issues.Therefore,it is crucial to establish an ecological security pattern that takes species habitats into consideration,so as to protect biodiversity and maintain ecological balance.Poyang Lake,as a paradise for wildlife,serves as the habitat and breeding ground for many bird species,fish,and other aquatic organisms.Taking the research scope of the peripheral region of Poyang Lake as an example,we produced the land use data for the years 2000,2010,and 2020 on the basis of the Google Earth Engine platform and the random forest classification method.By integrating morphological spatial pattern analysis,landscape pattern indices,landscape connectivity indices,circuit theory,and long-term land use data,we developed a long-term ecological security pattern for the peripheral region of Poyang Lake from 2000 to 2020,which takes into accounts habitats for various species including fish and birds.This dataset contains various types of data,including innovative elements.In terms of data quality control and evaluation,strict quality control and evaluation processes were conducted on the data used and the predicted results,ensuring the accuracy and credibility of the data and providing effective data support and references for relevant research.The dataset not only comprises indicator data for constructing an ecological security pattern to protect species habitats but also includes historical and predicted ecological security pattern data for the peripheral region of Poyang Lake.It can provide important scientific data support and serve as references for future research on species protection and ecological security patterns in the peripheral region of the Poyang Lake.
