A dataset of egg transaction prices in China's market from 2014 to 2021
This dataset collects egg market transaction price data across the country,focusing on the data from 12 provinces by consulting the National Agricultural Products Commercial Information Public Service Platform,the Ministry of Commerce of the People's Republic of China and other information platforms.We initially processed the original data in accordance with principles of data consistency,continuity,and completeness.Following screening,processing,processing and data proofreading,we obtained a statistical dataset of egg transaction prices in China's markets from 2014 to 2021.This dataset contains daily and monthly wholesale price data of egg markets nationwide and in 12 provinces from 2014 to 2021,as well as weekly retail price data of the national egg market.The analysis and expansion of this data include information on egg price change rates information and corresponding change rate line charts.This dataset can provide strong data support for price forecast and analysis and research on fluctuations in egg market prices.
