The treatment and application of natural asphalt：the experimental research of preparation of special asphalt with buton rock asphalt
The development and application of natural asphalt ,which is non‐conventional energy resource ,is a kind of effective complement to conventional energy resource .The experiment extracted the oil from Buton Rock Asphalt with vacuum residue as the solvent by solvent extraction method .When Buton Rock Asphalt and vacuum residue of ingredient ratio was 2∶3 ,surfactant w=0 .5% ,reaction time was 2h , reaction temperature was 140℃ ,the oil recovery can be as high as 91 .2% .When Buton Rock Asphalt and vacuum residue of ingredient ratio was 10∶3 ,SBS(styrene‐butadiene‐styrene) dosage was 2% ,the mixtures can be used for the preparation of qualified 60# polishing asphalt .The price of special asphalt prepared with Buton Rock Asphalt is advantaged .A new method is found for further developing and using of Buton Rock A sphalt .
