摘要
通过研究"双碳"经济背景下国内重晶石资源储量分布、消费结构、用途及供需形势,分析了"双碳"经济对重晶石资源保障的冲击与影响,认为"采富弃贫"式的重晶石资源开发、"低效粗放"式的重晶石产业布局,以及"物美价廉"式的出口贸易已不能适应"双碳"经济背景下的社会经济发展,提出了保持供应、调整出口、提高回收利用率和全球格局整合等 4个方面的建议,以应对"双碳"经济背景下重晶石资源安全保障面临的新挑战.
Abstract
By studying the distribution,consumption structure,usage,and supply-demand situation of domestic barite resources under the background of"dual-carbon"economy,this paper analyzes the impact and influence of the"dual-carbon"economy on the security of barite resources.Believing that the development of barite resources based on the strategy of"exploiting the rich resource and abandoning the poor",the inefficient and extensive layout of the barite industry,and the"cost-effective"export trade are no longer suitable for the social and economic development under the background of"dual carbon"economy.Suggestions are proposed in four aspects:maintaining supply,adjusting exports,improve recycling efficiency,and integrating a global landscape to address the new challenges faced by the security of barite resources under the background of"dual-carbon"economy.
