基于三维曲面积分的矿压实测数据分析模型及应用

针对影响综采面正常推进的异常矿压显现进行预测与防控是减少工作面顶板事故隐患的有效措施,合理有效的矿压实测数据分析方法是关键技术之一.基于三维曲面积分理论,引入Kriging插值算法,提出一种"寻找大显现、关注异常点"的矿压数据分析模型.以顶板压力与底板比压组建三维曲顶柱体,以液压支架与累计进尺组建二维坐标面,从而建立基于三维曲面积分的矿压实测数据分析模型,并以压力曲面向割平面投影算法实现对矿压实测数据的解析与预测分析.开展神东矿区补连塔煤矿 12514工作面的矿压监测数据分析,获得了矿压显现明显区域、矿压三维曲面投影模型以及实时矿压云图,提取显著来压区域 8次,指向62号支架~98号支架区域 6次,其中,显著来压区域持续平均距离 11.9 m,表明基于三维曲面积分分析模型可选取顶板运动比较剧烈的区域,相对于传统统计分析方法具有更强的针对性,验证了所提出分析模型的合理可靠性.
Analysis model and application of mine pressure measured data based on 3-Dimensional Surface Integral
Predicting and preventing abnormal mining pressure manifestations that affect the normal progress of fully mechanized mining face is an effective measure to reduce the hidden dangers of roof accidents in working face.A reasonable and effective method for analyzing measured mining pressure data is one of the key technologies.Based on the 3-Dimensional Surface Integral theory,a mining pressure data analysis model is proposed by introducing the Kriging Interpolation Algorithm to"search for large manifestations and focus on abnormal points".A 3-dimensional curved top column is formed by comparing the pressure of the top plate and the pressure of the bottom plate,and a 2-dimensional coordinate surface is formed by the number of the support and the footage.Based on the 3-Dimensional Surface Integral,a mining pressure measurement data analysis model is established,and the pressure curve projection algorithm is used to analyze and predict the mining pressure measurement data.The analysis of mining pressure monitoring data for the 12514 working face of Bulianta Coal Mine in Shendong Mining Area is carried out,and obvious mining pressure areas,3-dimensional surface projection models of mining pressure,and real-time mining pressure cloud maps are obtained.Significant pressure areas are extracted 8 times,pointing to the No.62 to No.98 support areas 6 times.The average continuous distance of the significant pressure areas is 11.9 meters,indicating that the 3-Dimensional Surface Integral Analysis Model can select areas with more intense roof movement,which has stronger pertinence compared to traditional statistical analysis methods.This validates the reasonable reliability of the proposed analysis model.
