煤矿斜井过动水砂层帷幕注浆扩散封堵机理及应用

我国西部煤矿斜井井筒在富水松散层段大多发生渗漏水现象,有时甚至存在涌水溃砂风险,影响煤矿安全生产.为科学指导斜井过动水砂层防治水工作,以曹家滩煤矿主副斜井过动水砂层帷幕注浆为工程背景,借助有限元数值模拟软件建立了动水砂层帷幕注浆扩散封堵模型,探究了煤矿斜井过动水砂层帷幕注浆扩散封堵机理,结合具体治理区域,优化了动水砂层帷幕注浆参数及工艺,并进行了现场效果检验.研究结果表明:随着动水流速和注浆压力的增大,浆液顺水流方向扩散特征明显;注浆压力 0.5 MPa,动水流速 0.3 m/s时,顺水流方向浆液扩散半径增至 1.83 m;随着帷幕内壁与井筒外壁间距的增大,井筒围岩变形破坏范围逐渐远离井筒外壁,治理区域间距设置应不小于 12.5 m;注浆参数及工艺优化后,主副斜井治理段水量分别衰减 85.6%和 82.7%,治理效果显著.本文研究成果有助于解决动水砂层斜井井筒渗漏水问题,保障斜井井筒安全运营,保护矿山地下水资源.
Mechanism and application of curtain grouting diffusion plugging in coal mine inclined shafts through dynamic water sand layer
Water seepage and leakage occurs in most of the inclined shaft of coal mines in the west of China in the water-rich loose layer section,and sometimes there is even the risk of gushing water and collapsing sand,which affects the safe production of coal mines.In order to scientifically guide the water prevention and control work of inclined shaft over dynamic water sand layer,taking curtain grouting of main and auxiliary inclined shaft over dynamic water sand layer in Caojiatan Coal Mine as the background of the project,the curtain grouting diffusion plugging model of dynamic water sand layer is established with the help of finite element numerical simulation software,the mechanism of curtain grouting diffusion plugging of over dynamic water sand layer in inclined shaft of the mine is investigated,the curtain grouting parameters and process of dynamic water sand layer are optimized by combining with the specific management area,and the effect of the field effect is tested.The research results show that with the increase of dynamic water flow rate and grouting pressure,the spreading characteristics of slurry in the direction of water flow are obvious;when the grouting pressure is 0.5 MPa and the dynamic water flow rate is 0.3 m/s,the radius of slurry spreading in the direction of water flow is increased to 1.83 m;with the increase of the spacing between the inner wall of curtain and the outer wall of the wellbore,the damage range of the deformation of the surrounding rock of the wellbore is far away from the outer wall of the wellbore gradually and the spacing of the treatment area should be set at a distance of not less than 12.5 m.After the optimization of grouting parameters and process,the water inflow in the treatment section of the main and auxiliary inclined shafts is attenuated by 85.5%and 82.7%respectively,and the treatment effect is remarkable.The research results help to solve the water seepage and leakage problem of the inclined shaft in the dynamic water sand layer,ensure the safe operation of the inclined shaft and protect the underground water resources of the mine.
