鸡西地区某低品位晶质石墨矿选矿试验研究

鸡西地区某石墨矿品位 4.81%,主要为晶质石墨,石墨鳞片在显微镜下呈片状定向排列,片径 0.03~1.20 mm,大部分与周围矿物接触界线较平直,部分细粒夹杂脉石或被脉石矿物所包裹.矿石中金属矿物主要为磁铁矿、黄铁矿,脉石矿物主要为石英、长石和云母.为确定合适的石墨选矿工艺、合理开发利用资源以及基于对石墨大鳞片的保护,结合矿石性质,确定采用阶段磨矿、阶段浮选、中矿分段集中返回选矿工艺流程.以煤油为捕收剂,2号油为起泡剂,通过一段粗磨、一次粗选、七段再磨九次精选、二次扫选的闭路试验流程,最终获得产率4.89%、品位94.12%、回收率96.42%的石墨精矿,通过对精矿产品粒度分析,+0.147 mm含量 28.17%,石墨鳞片保护率达 55.31%,试验取得较好效果,所获得的产品符合高碳石墨品质技术要求.
Experimental study on beneficiation of a low grade crystalline graphite ore in Jixi Area
A certain graphite ore in Jixi Area has a grade of 4.81%,mainly composed of crystalline graphite.The graphite scales are arranged in a sheet-like orientation under a microscope,with a diameter of 0.03-1.20 mm.Most of the contact lines with surrounding minerals are relatively straight,and some fine particles are mixed with gangue or wrapped in gangue minerals.The metal minerals in ore are mainly magnetite and pyrite,and gangue minerals are mainly quartz,feldspar and mica.In order to determine the appropriate graphite beneficiation process,reasonably develop and utilize resources,and based on the protection of large graphite scales,combined with the ore properties,it is determined to adopt the beneficiation process flow of stage grinding,stage flotation,and intermediate ore segmented centralized return.With kerosene as the collector and No.2 oil as the foaming agent,through the closed circuit test process of one stage rough grinding,one stage rough separation,seven stages regrinding and nine times cleaning,and two sweeps,a graphite concentrate with a yield of 4.89%,a grade of 94.12%,and a recovery rate of 96.42%is finally obtained.Through the particle size analysis of the concentrate product,the content of +0.147 mm is 28.17%,and the protection rate of graphite scales reaches 55.31%.The test achieves good results,and the obtained product meets the technical requirements for the quality of high carbon graphite.
