Exploration and practice of horizontal slicing mining in non-metal open-pit mines in Hebei Province
There are many non-metal open-pit mines in Hebei Province,and the problems of mine geological environment are prominent.In order to fundamentally improve the ecological environment of non-metal open-pit mines,to eliminate the hidden danger of geological hazards in the production process and after exploitation,and the risk of safety production,and to reduce the cost of remediation,to promote the high-quality development of sand and stone resources,in accordance with the steps of the policy guidance,finding out the bottom number,pilot projects first,formulate norms and standards,and all-round implementation,first of all,Hebei Province formulates the relevant policy documents.On this basis,the paper finds out whether the whole province open-pit mines meet the conditions of horizontal slicing mining,and divides open-pit mines into three types:isolated hill type,half-hill type and ridge type,the pilot work of horizontal slicing mining is selected and the corresponding technical regulations are formulated to guide and carry out the horizontal slicing mining in non-metal open-pit mines.Through many investigations and practices in the whole process,the relevant policies,basic concepts and implementation paths of horizontal slicing mining in non-metal open-pit mines are summarized,the possible problems in the process of implementation and relevant suggestions are analyzed and put forward.The results show that the horizontal slicing mining in non-metal open-pit mines can effectively solve the problem of high and steep slope restoration,improve the intensive utilization rate of mineral resources,and provide a large amount of land for local use,it is of great significance to the construction of eco-environmental support area in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei.
