BRFS计量泵自动加药系统开发及应用

随着选矿规模的不断扩大,选矿厂对浮选药剂的添加量也在不断增加.传统的电磁阀加药机由于加药量小、精度不足已经不能完全满足生产需求,而脉动式加药机由于维护量太大饱受诟病,选矿厂迫切需要一种能够实现大流量药剂添加、精度高且维护量小的自动加药系统.基于此,矿冶科技集团有限公司根据集成计量泵的优点,充分利用先进的控制算法、简单易懂的操作界面,设计了BRFS计量泵自动加药系统.经过在选矿厂连续半年的工业应用,验证了该系统不仅加药量大、精度高、维护量小,而且操作简单、监控画面通俗易懂、能够实现闭环远程连锁控制,解决了药剂自动添加困难的问题,为选矿厂带来了可观的经济效益.本文主要介绍该自动加药系统的工作原理、组成结构、特点和现场工业应用效果,为该系统的大规模推广奠定了基础.
Design and development of automatic dosing system of the BRFS metering pump
With the continuous expansion of mineral processing scale,the amount of flotation reagent added is also increasing for the dressing mill.The traditional solenoid valve dosing machine can not fully meet the production demand due to the small dosage and insufficient accuracy,and the pulsating dosing machine is criticized because the maintenance amount is too large,and the dressing mill urgently needs an automatic dosing system that can realize the addition of large flow of chemicals,high precision and small maintenance amount.Based on this,BGRIMM has designed the automatic dosing system of BRFS metering pump by integrating the advantages of metering pump,making full use of advanced control algorithm and easy to understand operation interface.After six months of continuous industrial application in the dressing mill,the application results verify that the system not only has large dosage,high precision,small maintenance,but also simple operation,easy to understand monitoring screen,and can realize closed-loop remote chain control,perfect solution to the difficult problem of automatic addition of chemicals,bringing considerable economic benefits to the dressing mill.This paper mainly introduces the working principle,composition,characteristics and field industrial application effect of the automatic dosing system,which lays a foundation for the large-scale popularization of the system.
