数字经济推动地质调查生态产品价值实现的思考

摘要
生态产品价值实现是打开"绿水青山就是金山银山"(以下简称"两山")转化通道的重要路径,而数字经济构成驱动"两山"转化的重要引擎.在介绍生态产品、自然资源资产及生态资源资产、地质调查生态产品、数字经济推动生态产品价值实现等概念的基础上,梳理了地质调查生态产品价值实现方式及经济关系和经济主体、地质云共享地质调查生态产品数据的基本情况,以地质公园为例分析了地质调查生态产品的效益、地质公园网站在实现地质公园生态产品价值中的作用.最后得出数字经济推动地质调查生态产品价值实现的三点思考:一是进一步梳理地质调查生态产品;二是深化数字经济助推地质调查产品生态产品价值实现;三是探索地质调查生态产品价值估算体系.
Abstract
The value realization of ecological product is an important path to open the transformation channel of"Green Water and Green Mountains are Valuable Assets"(hereinafter referred to as"Two Mountains"),and digital economy constitutes an important engine to drive the transformation of"Two Mountains".Concepts such as ecological products,natural resource assets and ecological resource assets,geological survey ecological products,and digital economy promoting the realization of ecological product value are introduced.The basic situation of geological survey ecological product value realization methods,economic relationships,and economic entities,as well as Geological Cloud sharing of geological survey ecological product data,has been sorted out.Taking geological parks as an example,the benefits of geological survey ecological products and the role of geological park websites in realizing the value of geological park ecological products are analyzed.Finally,three considerations on how digital economy promotes value realization of geological survey ecological products are obtained:firstly,to further sort out the geological survey ecological products;secondly,to deepen the digital economy to promote the value realization of geological survey ecological products;thirdly,to explore the value estimation system of geological survey ecological products.
