Research on the application of new technology and new equipment in new coal mine electromechanical system in Taigemiao Mine Area of Xinjie
This paper discusses the importance of applying new technology and new equipment in the electromechanical system of new coal mine,especially in the technical innovation of key systems such as main fan,pressure fan and central water pump room.First of all,the paper emphasizes the requirements of national policies to improve coal mine safety production,and the key role of new technologies and new equipment in improving safety,production efficiency and economic benefits.Then,the energy saving optimization of the main fan,the improvement of the pneumatic efficiency of the pressure fan and the enhancement of the drainage efficiency and capacity of the central water pump room are analyzed in detail.Through the introduction of advanced technologies such as high-efficiency and energy-saving new main fan,two-stage compression screw air compressor and variable frequency integrated machine driving multi-stage centrifugal pump,not only significantly improve the production efficiency of the mine,but also achieve significant energy saving and emission reduction effects.The research results show that the development and application of these new technologies are crucial to the construction of a safe,intelligent,green and harmonious world-class demonstration mine.
