摘要
普朗铜矿升级改造原有加药系统,选用矿冶科技集团有限公司研制的第四代加药系统-BRFS智能加药系统.改造项目实现了药剂添加与生产联动的功能,使药剂添加随生产矿量变化而变化,与原来的人工调节相比,更加及时准确,极大改善了浮选生产.此外还在矿冶科技集团有限公司技术团队的帮助下重新设计了整个药剂系统,针对现场情况增加了加热保温功能,避免了低温凝结等问题的出现,有效降低了维护量,提升了选矿厂设备技术水平及环保水平,取得了显著效果.
Abstract
The original dosing system of Pulang Copper Mine has been upgraded and renovated,using the fourth generation dosing system developed by Metallurgical Technology Group Co.,Ltd.-BRFS intelligent dosing system.The renovation project has achieved the function of linking the addition of reagents with production,allowing the addition of reagents to change with the amount of ore produced.Compared with the original manual adjustment,it is more timely and accurate,greatly improving flotation production.In addition,with the help of the technical team of Mining and Metallurgical Technology Group Co.,Ltd.,the entire pharmaceutical system was redesigned,and heating and insulation functions were added to address the on-site situation,avoiding problems such as low-temperature condensation and effectively reducing maintenance.Significant results have been achieved in improving the technical level and environmental protection level of the selection equipment.
