摘要

在煤矿开采过程中,伴随着开采装备水平的提升,为了提高煤炭资源回收率,一次采全高的超大采高综采工作面占据比例逐年增加,冒顶片帮的几率也随之增加.本文以上湾煤矿12403综采工作面冒顶事故为背景,从注高分子材料、铺设假顶和处理大块矸石三个方面介绍了超大采高工作面冒顶防治技术,为超大采高综采工作面面临的冒顶问题提供了明确、有效的解决措施.

Abstract

In the process of coal mining,along with the improvement of mining equipment level,in order to improve the coal resource recovery rate,the proportion of super-high fully mechanized face at one time has been increasing year by year,and the chance of topping and sheeting has also increased.This paper introduces the prevention and control technology of fully mechanized face from three aspects:injection of polymer material,laying false roof and dealing with large gangue,which provides a clear and effective solution to the problem of super-high fully mechanized face.
