可控冲击波煤层增透技术在吉宁煤矿的应用

为降低吉宁煤矿在回采 2#煤层期间的瓦斯涌出,增加单孔瓦斯抽采量.吉宁煤矿在2107轨道顺槽和集中胶带大巷区域采用可控冲击波煤层增透技术,采用合理的作业参数,考察可控冲击波在 2#煤层的实施效果,以解决吉宁煤矿瓦斯治理难题.结果表明:2107轨道顺槽10个增透钻孔抽采总量为 183 813.63 m3,平均抽采浓度为 59.23%,集中胶带大巷 6个增透钻孔抽采总量为 52 672.74 m3,平均抽采浓度为 43.26%.通过实施可控冲击波增透措施,有效改善了2#煤层的透气性,在一定程度上提高了瓦斯抽采量.
Application of controllable shock wave seam permeability enhancement technology in Jining coal mine
In order to reduce the gas outflow of Jining Coal Mine during the mining back of the 2#coal seam,increase the amount of gas extraction from a single hole.Jining coal mine adopts the controlled shockwave coal seam penetration technology in 2107 railroad track and centralized tape aisle area,adopts reasonable operation parameters,and examines the implementation effect of controlled shockwave in 2#coal seam,so as to solve the problem of gas management in Jining coal mine.The results show that the total amount of extraction from the 10 penetration-enhancing drill holes in the 2107 railroad track is 183 813.63 m3,and the average extraction concentration is 59.23%,The total amount of extraction from the six penetration-enhancing drill holes in the centralized tape alley was 52 672.74 m3,with an average extraction concentration of 43.26%.Through the implementation of controlled shock wave penetration enhancement measures,the permeability of the 2#coal seam has been effectively improved,and the gas extraction has been increased to a certain extent.
