The Logical Way and Promotion Strategy of New Talents Cultivation Under the Perspective of System Concept
The system view is an important viewpoint and method of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era,which is a scientific method of thought for understanding and transforming the world,and is of great guiding significance for advancing system engineering,solving complex problems,and realizing holistic advancement.Cultivating the new generation is a systematic project that relates to the strategic overall situation of the development of the Chinese Communist Party and our country,and to the fundamental issue of education,namely,what kind of people to train,how to train them,and for whom to train them,and which requires a systematic conceptual thinking and working methodology for overall planning,plotting and effective promotion.It is not only necessary to use the system concept to systematically examine the logic of cultivating the new generation from the dimensions of time and reality,whole and individual,structure and elements,but also to deeply understand the basic qualities that the new generation should have in terms of ideology,morality,ability and responsibility based on the system concept from the exposition of"setting a great ambition,understanding great virtues,becoming a great talent and taking up a great responsibility",and finally to promote the basic qualities based on the system concept.Therefore,through the organic integration of the system concept into the cultivation of the new generation in the era,we will promote the formation of a multi-directional linkage and organic and unified cooperative education mechanism for the cultivation project of the new generation in the era,and guide young people to consciously unify the all-round development of people and the mission of the times.
