摘要
颅脑损伤(TBI)是指外力作用于头部而引起脑组织产生的功能性或病理性改变.TBI后认知功能障碍(TBI-CI)是脑外伤后遗症的特征性表现之一.程序性细胞死亡(PCD)如凋亡、坏死性凋亡、焦亡、铁死亡及铜死亡等参与TBI-CI的病理过程.本文就PCD在TBI-CI中作用机制的研究进展进行综述,为临床TBI-CI的预防及治疗提供参考.
Abstract
Traumatic brain injury(TBI)refers to functional or pathological changes in brain tissues caused by external forces on the head.Traumatic brain injury-related cognitive impairment(TBI-CI)is a characteristic manifestation of post-traumatic brain injury sequelae,and programmed cell death(PCD)processes such as apoptosis,necroptosis,pyroptosis,ferroptosis,and cuproptosis play a role in the pathological processes of TBI-CI.This review provides an overview of the research progress on the mechanisms of PCD in TBI-CI,aiming to offer insights for the prevention and treatment of clinical TBI-CI.
