脑心健康管理师主导的"一科一品"服务融合模式在出血性脑卒中病人护理中的应用

摘要
目的 探讨脑心健康管理师主导的"一科一品"服务融合模式在出血性脑卒中病人护理中的应用效果.方法 2020年6月到2022年6月前瞻性收集208例出血性卒中,按照护理管理方法分为对照组(100例)和观察组(108例).对照组给予常规护理模式,观察组给予脑心健康管理师主导的"一科一品"服务融合模式,对比两组满意度、建档率、管理率、复诊率.结果 观察组满意度(95.37%vs.80.00%)、建档率(96.29%vs.75.00%)、随访率(85.18%vs.70.00%)、复诊率(83.33%vs.65.00%)、卒中识别能力掌握率(94.44%vs.80.00%)均明显优于对照组(P<0.05).结论 脑心健康管理师主导的"一科一品"服务融合模式能够有效提高出血性脑卒中病人的满意度以及卒中三级预防管理的效能,改善医疗服务水平.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the application effectiveness of the"one subject,one product"service integration model led by brain and heart health manager(BHHM)in the nursing of patients with hemorrhagic stroke.Methods Between June 2020 and June 2022,208 patients with hemorrhagic stroke,who were divided into control group(n=100)and observation group(n=108)according to the nursing management method,were prospectively recruited.Patients in the control group were given the conventional nursing model,and patients in the observation group were given the brain and heart health manager-led"one subject,one product"service integration model.The satisfaction rate,registration rate,management rate,and follow-up rate were compared between the two groups.Results The satisfaction rate(95.37%vs.80.00%),registration rate(96.29%vs.75.00%),follow-up rate(85.18%vs.70.00%),re-examination rate(83.33%vs.65.00%),and mastery rate of stroke recognition ability(94.44%vs.80.00%)in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The"one subject,one product"service integration model led by the brain and heart health manager can effectively improve the satisfaction rate of patients with hemorrhagic stroke and the effectiveness of stroke three-level prevention management,and improve the level of medical services.
