The simple augmented reality technology realized by the combination of 3D visualization reconstruction based on 3D Slicer software and the smartphone Sina software is used for surface-based localization of intracranial hematoma. During the specific implementation process, virtual reconstruction images are required, and multiple anatomical landmarks on the patient's head or body surface markers are used for registration. Then, the hematoma range is marked on the body surface. This registration method has disadvantages such as low registration reliability or complexity in clinical practice. By fully exploiting the 3D modeling function of 3D Slicer software,we have designed an isosceles right triangle modeling and registration method. Through actual clinical applications,it is found that this registration method does not require attaching markers and re-examining CT before the operation, and can achieve 1∶1 registration. It has the advantages of being simple, reliable, economical, applicable, and easy to master.
