The Relationship between Envy and College Students'Online Aggressive Behavior:A Longitudinal Study
Objective:To explore the longitudinal relationship among envy,moral disengagement and online aggressive behavior in college students.Methods:This study adopted a longitudinal design and a total of 2000 college students were surveyed 3 time points with the Chinese version of the Dispositional Envy Scale,Online Aggressive Behavior Scale and Mor-al Disengagement Scale.Results:(1)The slope and intercept of envy could significantly and positively predict the slope and intercept of college students'online aggressive behavior;(2)The slope and intercept of moral disengagement played a longitudinal mediating role between the slope and intercept of envy and the slope and intercept of college students'online aggressive behavior.Conclusion:The moral disengagement plays a longitudinal mediating role between envy and college students'online aggressive behavior.
