Intervention of Flash Technique on Anxiety of College Students with Childhood Trauma
Objective:To investigate the intervention effect of flash technique on anxiety of college students with child-hood trauma.Methods:A randomized controlled trial was conducted in this research.Sixteen college students with child-hood trauma were divided into the intervention group and the control group,with 8 individuals in each group.The interven-tion group received the flash technique online intervention once a week for 90 minutes for a total of 8 sessions,while the control group received no treatment.Subjects'anxiety was assessed before and after the intervention using the self-rating anxiety scale,and the effect of the intervention was assessed using quantitative and qualitative methods.Results:The flash technique significantly reduced anxiety of college students with childhood trauma in the intervention group,specifically in terms of positive changes in physical,psychological,and social life,and there was no significant change in the control group.Conclusion:Flash technique has a good effect on the anxiety of college students with childhood trauma.
