中等职业学校学生压力感知与心理痛苦的关系:冗思和抑郁情绪的链式中介效应

目的:探讨中职学生冗思和抑郁情绪在压力感知与心理痛苦之间的链式中介作用.方法:采用压力知觉量表、冗思反应量表、流调中心抑郁量表、三维心理痛苦量表对2661名中职学生进行调查.结果:(1)压力感知、冗思、抑郁情绪及心理痛苦两两呈显著正相关(r=0.393~0.713,P<0.001);(2)压力感知对心理痛苦的直接作用显著,并分别通过冗思和抑郁情绪的中介及两者的链式中介产生间接效应.结论:压力感知可直接影响心理痛苦,也可通过冗思与抑郁情绪间接影响心理痛苦.
Relationship between Stress Perception and Psychache among Secondary Vocational School Students:the Chain Mediating Effect of Rumination and Depression
Objective:To explore the mediating effect of rumination and depression on the relationship between stress perception and psychache among secondary vocational students.Methods:A survey of 2661 secondary vocational students was carried out by using the Stress Perception scale,the Rumination Response scale,the Depression scale of the Center for Diagnosis,and the Three-Dimensional Psychological Pain scale.Results:(1)Stress perception,rumination,depression and psychache was significantly positively correlated in pairs(r=0.393~0.713,P<0.001).(3)Stress Perceived had a significant direct effect on psychache,and it will also have an indirect effect through the mediation of rumination and depression,and the chain mediation of the two.Conclusion:Stress perception can directly affect psychache,and can also indirectly affect psychological distress through rumination and depression.
