The Application Effect of Social Internet-Based Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy in Patients with Thyroid Cancer After Surgery
Objective:To explore the effects of social internet-based mindfulness cognitive therapy on anxiety,depres-sion,self-image,satisfaction with neck scar and quality of life in patients with thyroid cancer after surgery.Methods:A to-tal of 120 patients receiving traditional open radical surgery for thyroid cancer were selected from the thyroid gland surgery department of a Grade-Ⅲ A hospital in Changsha city,and randomly divided into control group and intervention group,with 60 cases in each group.The control group received routine thyroid surgery care,and the intervention group received so-cial internet-based mindfulness cognitive therapy on the basis of the control group.The duration of intervention was 8 weeks.Results:After the intervention,the scores of anxiety,depression and self-image in the intervention group were sig-nificantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),the scores of scar awareness,appearance satisfaction and symptom satisfaction in the intervention group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the quality of life in the intervention group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Social internet-based mindfulness cognitive therapy can improve negative mood,self-image,satisfaction with neck scar and quality of life of patients after traditional open radical thyroidectomy.
