摘要
目的:考察家庭弹性对大学生社会适应的影响以及个人成长主动性和生命意义感的中介作用.方法:采用家庭弹性量表、个人成长主动性量表、生命意义感问卷以及中国大学生适应量表对3所高校的869名大学生进行问卷调查.结果:(1)在控制了性别、年级之后,家庭弹性对社会适应的直接效应显著.(2)家庭弹性可通过个人成长主动性和生命意义感的单独中介和链式中介影响社会适应.结论:个人成长主动性和生命意义感在家庭弹性和大学生社会适应之间起链式中介作用.这一结论有助于从积极心理学的视角理解家庭弹性对大学生社会适应的作用机制,为提升大学生的社会适应水平提供建议.
Abstract
Objective:To explore the impact of family resilience on undergraduates'social adaption,as well as the me-diation effect of personal growth initiative and meaning in life.Methods:869 undergraduates participated in this study.They completed a battery of questionnaires,including the family resilience scale,the personal growth initiative scale,the meaning in life questionnaire and the Chinese college student adjustment scale.Results:(1)After controlling gender and grade,family resilience had a direct effect on social adaption.(2)Family resilience indirectly influenced social adaptation through the separate and chain mediation of personal growth initiative and meaning in life.Conclusion:Personal growth initiative and meaning in life exerted a chain mediating effect in the impact of family resilience on undergraduates'social adaption.These findings are helpful to understand the mechanism of family resilience on social adaption from the perspec-tive of positive psychology,and to provide suggestions for promoting undergraduates'social adaption.
