Common Fate Model:A Model for Dyadic Data Analysis and Its Application in Family Study
Common Fate Model(CFM)assumes non-independent in dyadic relationship due to individuals'exposure to the same causal relationship, resulting dyadic level phenomena. It is alternative to the actor-partner interdependence model(APIM)for analysis of dyadic data.In family studies,CFM is mainly based on family systems view at present.Future family study research should expand the application of CFM in family-out context and assessed by multiple members.CFM extend-ed version should be paid attention to in the future.
